Aim And Scope

Kafkas Journal of Medical Sciences (KJMS) is a peer-reviewed general medical journal that accepts manuscripts written in English. The journal publishes original health-related articles that contribute to the advancement of medical sciences, provide scientific insight, or educate its readership. The scope includes original research articles, short communications, review articles, letters to the editor, case reports, translations, medical publication reviews, and similar scholarly works. The journal is published three times a year (March, July, and November) as a single volume, in both print and electronic formats. Manuscripts are accepted from authors worldwide. KJMS is an open-access journal in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition. Accordingly, all articles published in the journal are freely accessible via the internet and may be read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, searched, linked to, indexed, transmitted as data to software, and used for any lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers.
